Fluence Vision 2026
To close out May, we proudly revealed Fluence Vision 2026, an ambitious plan to scale our decentralized compute platform to meet the exponential infrastructure needs of the AI economy.
Built on an already live and revenue-generating network, Fluence operates globally across Tier IV data centers. Our native token FLT doesn’t just secure the network. Crucially, it tokenizes compute consumption itself, offering holders rare exposure to real-world AI infrastructure.
Key highlights to date:
- Over $4M in cloud cost savings delivered to users
- Millions in annualized revenue to compute providers
- More than 25M FLT securing the network
- Backed by enterprise-grade data centers powering major Web2 firms
Vision 2026 focuses on three strategic priorities:
- Tokenizing compute infrastructure to bring liquidity, transparency, and aligned incentives to physical compute
- Delivering enterprise-grade performance through a Web2.5 experience optimized for the demands of large-scale AI
- Strengthening network security by introducing a decentralized Guardian layer that monitors and protects infrastructure across regions
In addition, we announced four major initiatives starting June 1:
- Guardians Initiative. Building the world’s most distributed monitoring layer
- Pointless Program. Rewarding community contributions with compute access and points
- Token Buyback Program. A deflationary model tied to real protocol revenue
- AI-Compute Functionality. GPU support, SLAs, and APIs for AI-native workloads
Fluence is ramping its activity in building an open, global, and economically aligned Cloudless platform for the AI age.
Builders, providers, and developers are invited to get involved now.
The DePIN Pledge Keeps Expanding
We’re pleased to welcome Impossible Cloud Network (ICN) as a pledger of DePIN Pledge.
Jing Sun, co-founder of IoTeX, has also lent her support towards the DePIN Pledge, highlighting our shared mission of decentralizing infrastructure, enhancing security, improving transparency, and empowering individuals.
20+ Million FLT Delegated
This month, the amount of locked assets in Parasail’s pool officially surpassed 20 million $FLT delegated!
It’s a major milestone in scaling decentralized compute, and it’s all thanks to you, the community, for driving this growth.
More delegation means a stronger, more resilient Fluence Network. Delegators earn rewards while supporting decentralized infrastructure, and Parasail makes it seamless to delegate, track, and optimize your stake.
DePINed Podcast: DePINs on Smartphones and Storage
Ep. 52, “Startup Turns Phones into a Decentralized Compute Network”

DePIN Day Dubai
Our 11th DePIN Day took place on May 1st in Dubai, attracting over 400 participants, 28 speakers, and 10 partners for a day rich with insights and networking.
Tom Trowbridge, co-founder of Fluence, discussed Web3’s real-world layer economics, emphasizing token design as the core business model.
Tom outlined successful frameworks like buy-and-burn mechanisms and staking-based demand models for cloud networks. He cautioned that without fiat-linked rewards or revenue-backed token sinks, DePIN projects risk losing traction.
In an engaging panel discussion, Evgeny Ponomarev joined three other pioneers of DePIN to discuss building trustless, resilient, and economically sustainable DePIN networks.
The panel addressed differences between distributed and decentralized systems, hardware centralization issues, and sustainable tokenomics in DePIN, including staking, buy-and-burn, and community ownership.
Despite varied perspectives, one point was clear: verified infrastructure is DePIN’s backbone, and building uncompromised trust is the next frontier.
Missed DePIN Day Dubai? Don’t worry, we’ve compiled a comprehensive recap of each talk and panel in our previous blog article.
