Fluence 2025 Year-End Recap

Fluence had a strong 2025 which has set up a terrific 2026. The year started with an alpha-stage for CPU virtual servers product, and announced but not yet onboarded customers, and Fluence ended the year with a much more complete offering including a CPU & GPU marketplaces, onboarded customers, a large and growing sales pipeline and a team experienced in finding, closing and onboarding clients.

2026 is expected to be the year of traction for Fluence which is coinciding with continued interest in compute, especially as relates to satiating AI’s voracious demand. Below are the key milestones achieved in 2025 and the implications for the coming year.

Product and Customers

The key product goal became the successful launch of the Fluence GPU marketplace and the first GPU deal signed in Q4. On October 2nd at DePIN Day in Singapore we announced our GPU marketplace which went live on the Fluence compute platform at up to 80% less than as offered by the hyperscalers.

Total network revenue reached $1m on Dec 26 2025 (which includes FLT and USD revenue combined). There is an increased interest and faster adoption with GPUs than for CPUs for which the sales cycle has been longer than we expected. The GPU market is fluid and fast moving with an extreme price focus and far shorter time horizons which are less oriented to traditional longer term sales pipelines. Fluence’s low cost offering is compelling, and we are excited with the early traction so far.

On the CPU side Fluence ended the year with the onboarded clients including Antier, Neo, Zeeve, Nodes Garden, Rapid Node, dKloud, Ar.io, SpoonOS all of whom are actively deploying workloads. Meanwhile, there are expected two additional clients to deploy in Q1.

Fluence expects to have more material revenue from upselling CPUs to AI/GPU customers as we scale in 2026. Our key clientele focus consists of third party node providers, blockchain service providers or L1/L2 blockchain foundations for which we have a compelling offering and continue to pursue.

Community Engagement

We have initiated a series of updates to further articulate our strategy and increase the cadence of our press releases. The most notable announcement came in Q2, when we presented a high-level overview of our roadmap and long-term vision, highlighting key milestones. This was followed by the launch of the Buyback Program, the Pointless Program, and our AI expansion initiatives.

Fluence also launched pointless program to onboard both non-technical and advanced participants into our ecosystem through the utility of FLT. From day one, the program demonstrated strong traction reaching 100k users at peak, attracted a growing number of DePIN partners, and continues to meaningfully increase engagement across our social channels.

We at Fluence also published the DePIN Token Economics Report, launched a refreshed website, rolled out the Ambassador Program, hosted five DePIN Days in Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Denver, Buenos-Aires gathering 2,000+ attendees and 130+ speakers, and introduced DePIN Space as part of our broader effort to accelerate adoption, drive organic traffic, and establish Fluence as a thought leader in the space.

There were 36 episodes of the DePINed podcast released this year and we plan to continue hosting similar high quality guests in 2026. Fluence co-founder Tom Trowbrige has already talked with many of the leading DePIN founders. Tom hosted many outstanding projects: Grass, Arweawe, io.net, Storj, and recorded four in person episodes with Gensyn, Huddle01, Geodnet and Filecoin.

External Comms

Over the course of the year, Fluence secured strong visibility across a wide range of channels, including media publications, podcasts, interviews, talks, AMAs, X Spaces, and social media. In total, Fluence was featured in 30+ articles, participated in 40+ podcasts, and delivered 20+ conference talks.

By year-end, Fluence was recognized as Best DePIN Project by BeInCrypto. The Token Economics Report was featured in CoinDesk, Fluence co-founder Tom Trowbridge was named among 25 key leaders in the DePIN space, and our Buenos Aires DePIN Day was livestreamed on CoinDesk Live.

Looking Ahead

2026 is a key year for Fluence.

We at Fluence look forward to onboarding additional customers, adding new features and continued growth in our compute platform. We are excited to be enabling decentralized compute which is even more important and more in demand than when we started. Fluence is positioned to lead the decentralized compute sector; to be a viable alternative to the large centralized cloud providers and a leading DePIN project democratizing access to AI via cheaper and easily available compute.
